Returns and Exchange

Jubilee Trader strives to provide the best service and experience for its delightful customers. We understand certain situation requires the customer to return their products and we’re here to help!

Product(s) can be returned or exchanged within 90 days after receiving the parcel.

The item is only eligible for replacement or return if it is unwashed, unused, and undamaged (unless the item is damaged upon receipt) once the item is returned and received at our warehouse, then only we will notify the customer reading receiving of the returned item.

Color:

Please note the color of the actual product may slightly differ due to differences in screen resolution.

The lighting arrangements may be an exception to that since some colors look different in certain light settings.

Refunds:

Customers can initiate the process of refunds by sending an email to [email protected]. Before initiating the return process, we appreciate it if you read our refund guidelines.

  • The received item/product should be in its original condition with packaging and tags attached.
  • If you have received a defective or damaged product, we will require images of the defective item with all tags attached.
  • A refund will be granted if the product is in its original packaging. Product damaged after receiving or being used multiple times by the customer will also not be considered for a refund.

Once we will receive the product at our Fulfillment Center accordingly, we will inspect it and within 48 hours of receipt, we will initiate the process of committed refunds.

Note: Sometime it might take 3 – 6 Business Days additional depending on the policies of your financial institutions.

To process your refund, we will need your order number, photos of the item, and any other information about the product(s) that may help us understand the potential defect.

Product(s) may ship to our US, UK, or overseas warehouse. Please contact us at [email protected] to confirm the location for sending back.

 

Returning Postage:

Jubilee Trader does not provide pre-paid return labels to customers who are willing to return the products and if the customer asked for a pre-paid return label then the charges of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
